All returned items must be unworn/unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.
If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.
Returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are well packaged in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return.
Loud N Lit UK will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
