While we try to get all of our orders sent out ASAP please understand that sometimes issues can arise and due to the nature of the product, most orders are custom made to each customer's requests. We send all order via Royal Mail as first class postage, using the Tracked and Signed service.
If you have placed an order and it has not yet arrived, please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of your order before you file a dispute.
